Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where appropriate.
